1. เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลอะไรเลย

แอปนี้ไม่มีระบบสมาชิก ไม่มีการเข้าสู่ระบบ ไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และไม่มีการเชื่อมต่อไปยังบริการภายนอกใดๆ ผู้พัฒนาไม่ได้รับข้อมูลใดจากการใช้งานของคุณ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นชื่อ อีเมล ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง รหัสอุปกรณ์ พฤติกรรมการใช้งาน หรือข้อมูลอื่นใด

2. ข้อมูลที่แอปสร้างขึ้นและเก็บไว้ในเครื่อง

เพื่อให้เกมจำความคืบหน้าได้ แอปจะบันทึกข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ลงในพื้นที่จัดเก็บของแอปบนเครื่องคุณเอง (local storage) เท่านั้น

• ชื่อเล่นที่คุณตั้งให้ผู้เล่น และตัวการ์ตูนที่เลือก
• ความคืบหน้าในเกม เช่น ดาวแต่ละด่าน ภารกิจที่ทำแล้ว
• บันทึกการออมและการลงทุนที่คุณกรอกเอง เช่น เป้าหมาย จำนวนเงิน ชื่อกองทุน ราคาต่อหน่วย
• การตั้งค่า เช่น ภาษา ช่วงอายุ ขนาดตัวหนังสือ ธีม เสียง

ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ ไม่ถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง ผู้พัฒนาเข้าถึงไม่ได้ และจะถูกลบทั้งหมดเมื่อคุณลบแอปหรือกดล้างข้อมูลในแอป

3. การย้ายข้อมูลข้ามเครื่อง

แอปมีฟีเจอร์ย้ายข้อมูลไปเครื่องอื่นด้วยการสร้าง QR หรือไฟล์เซฟ การทำงานทั้งหมดเกิดขึ้นบนเครื่องของคุณ ไม่ผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือคลาวด์ใดๆ คุณเป็นผู้ควบคุมเองว่าจะส่งไฟล์หรือ QR นั้นให้ใครและเมื่อไหร่

4. กล้อง

แอปขอสิทธิ์ใช้กล้องเฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดสแกน QR เพื่อรับข้อมูลจากอีกเครื่องเท่านั้น ภาพจากกล้องถูกประมวลผลในเครื่องแบบทันทีเพื่ออ่านรหัส ไม่มีการบันทึกภาพ ไม่มีการเก็บ และไม่มีการส่งภาพออกไปที่ใด หากคุณไม่ใช้ฟีเจอร์นี้ ก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องอนุญาตให้เข้าถึงกล้อง

5. การแจ้งเตือน

หากคุณเปิดการแจ้งเตือน เช่น เตือนวันหยอดกระปุกหรือวันลงทุนประจำเดือน การแจ้งเตือนทั้งหมดถูกตั้งเวลาไว้ในเครื่องของคุณ ไม่มีการส่งผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และคุณปิดได้ตลอดเวลาทั้งในแอปและในการตั้งค่าของอุปกรณ์

6. ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม

แอปนี้ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน ไม่มีตัวติดตาม และไม่มีชุดพัฒนาของบุคคลที่สามฝังอยู่เลย จึงไม่มีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับผู้ใด และไม่มีการขายข้อมูลไม่ว่ากรณีใด

7. สรุปความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล (Data Safety)

ข้อความด้านล่างตรงกับสิ่งที่เราแจ้งไว้ในส่วน “ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล” บน Google Play

• ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม: ไม่มี — แอปไม่รวบรวมประเภทข้อมูลผู้ใช้ใดๆ
• ข้อมูลที่แชร์กับบุคคลที่สาม: ไม่มี — ไม่มีการแชร์ ไม่มีการโอน และไม่มีการขายข้อมูล
• การเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่ง: ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง เพราะไม่มีข้อมูลใดถูกส่งออกจากเครื่อง
• การขอลบข้อมูล: คุณลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองทันทีจากในแอปหรือด้วยการถอนการติดตั้งแอป โดยไม่ต้องติดต่อผู้พัฒนา เพราะข้อมูลอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น

8. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็กและนโยบายเพื่อครอบครัวของ Google Play

กลุ่มอายุเป้าหมายของแอปนี้รวมถึงเด็ก เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะปฏิบัติตาม นโยบายเพื่อครอบครัวของ Google Play รวมถึงข้อกำหนดของโปรแกรม Designed for Families และกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลเด็กที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น COPPA และ GDPR-K

• ฟีเจอร์ย้ายข้อมูลด้วย QR หรือไฟล์เซฟ ควรทำภายใต้การดูแลของผู้ปกครอง เพราะผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้เลือกเองว่าจะส่งไฟล์นั้นให้ใคร

9. สิทธิของคุณ

เนื่องจากเราไม่ได้ถือครองข้อมูลของคุณเลย คุณจึงควบคุมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้โดยตรง ลบได้ด้วยการกดล้างข้อมูลในแอปหรือลบแอปออกจากเครื่อง หากมีคำถามเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัว ติดต่อเราได้ตามช่องทางด้านล่าง

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้พร้อมระบุวันที่ล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน หากอนาคตมีฟีเจอร์ใดที่จำเป็นต้องส่งข้อมูลออกจากเครื่อง เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และขอความยินยอมก่อนเสมอ

1. No data collection

The app has no accounts, no login, no servers and no connections to any external service. The developer receives no information about you or your use of the app — no name, email, location, device identifier, usage analytics, or anything else.

2. Data stored on your device

So the game can remember progress, the following is saved in the app's local storage on your device only:

• The nickname you choose for a player and the character selected
• Game progress such as stars earned and missions completed
• Savings and investment entries you type in yourself, such as goals, amounts, fund names and unit prices
• Settings such as language, age band, text size, theme and sound

This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to the developer, and is deleted entirely when you clear the data in the app or delete the app.

3. Transferring data between your own devices

The app can move a save to another device using a QR code or a save file. This happens entirely on your devices, with no server or cloud involved. You decide whether and with whom to share that code or file.

4. Camera

Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan a QR code to receive data from another device. Frames are processed on-device solely to read the code. No images are recorded, stored or transmitted. If you do not use this feature, you never need to grant camera access.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No server is involved, and you can turn them off at any time in the app or in system settings.

6. No advertising, no analytics

There is no advertising, no analytics, no trackers and no third-party SDKs of any kind in this app. No data is shared with anyone, and no data is ever sold.

7. Data safety summary

This matches what we declare in the Data safety section on Google Play:

• Data collected: none — the app collects no user data types at all.
• Data shared with third parties: none — nothing is shared, transferred or sold.
• Encryption in transit: not applicable, because no data ever leaves the device.
• Data deletion: you can erase everything yourself at any time from inside the app or by uninstalling it. No request to the developer is needed, because the data only ever exists on your device.

8. Children's privacy and the Google Play Families Policy

The target age group of this app includes children. We are committed to complying with the Google Play Families Policy, including the Designed for Families programme requirements, and with applicable children's privacy laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K.

• No personal information is collected from children, directly or indirectly. We never ask for a real name, birthday, email address, phone number, location or photograph.
• No persistent device identifiers (such as an Advertising ID) are used, and there is no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• No advertising, no monetised content and no third-party SDKs of any kind, so no advertising profile of a child is ever built.
• No social features, chat or user-to-user contact inside the app.
• A nickname typed into the game is only text stored on the device; a parent can edit or delete it at any time, and we recommend using a nickname rather than a real name.
• The QR / save-file transfer feature is intended to be used with parental supervision, since the parent decides who receives that code or file.

9. Your rights
